Group Life Assurance
Group Life Assurance is a policy that extends cover to employees of a company or members of an organized group with a minimum of 5 members for a period of 1 year. It is designed to enable employers and other organized groups to secure the financial well-being of their employees while they work to fulfill the organization’s objectives. It covers such groups that exist for purposes other than to purchase insurance.

- The policy has the option to make it comprehensive by combining Group Life Assurance (GLA), Group Personal Accident (GPA), and Work Injury Benefits Act (WIBA) coverages.
- The policy covers death, permanent and total disability with extension to critical illness and last expense benefits.

Eligibility Criteria
Any registered organization, affinity groups, self-help groups, industry groupings, retirement benefits schemes, corporates, MSMEs, charitable organisations and SACCOs can obtain Group Life Assurance cover for their employees / members of that entity.
