Group Last Expense
A cover for the life of an individual who is part of a registered group (Companies, Co-operative societies, Welfare Societies, Church groups and other Affinity groups) to help deal with meeting immediate funeral related expenses on their death or that of an immediate family member.

- The benefit offers coverage with limits from KES 50,000 up to KES 500,000.
- The levels of cover are flexible to allow different cover limits for different persons insured. The benefit for the children is capped at a maximum of KES 100,000 and KES 500,000 for adults as per IRA guidelines.
- The cover also provides quick and efficient claim processing ensuring that beneficiaries receive financial support within 48hours (about 2 days) of claim documentation.
- The policy covers a member of a group and / or their family consisting of one spouse, a maximum of 4 children, 2 parents and 2 parents in law. The solution only covers the nuclear family (father, mother, spouse and children) and is extended parents in law. The policy is flexible to cover additional children, parents and parents in law of the main member at an additional cost.

Eligibility Criteria
- The cover is offered to groups/organizations/employers/saccos with at least 5 members.
- The minimum entry age is 18 years for the main member and their spouse. The maximum entry age for the main member and their spouses is 64 years.
- Children should be aged between 1 day and 24 years. Disabled children above the age of 25 years will continue to be included in the cover if they are still dependent of the main member. This benefit will be subject to provision of a disability certificate.
- Maximum entry age for Parents and Parents in Law is 84 years.
